Capital Pinball aims to provide high‑quality machines, services, and customer experiences. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how they are handled. All refunds are managed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

🛒 Product Sales (Pinball & Arcade Machines)

​

  • All machine sales are final, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

  • If a machine is sold as‑is, no refunds or exchanges apply.

  • If a warranty or guarantee was agreed upon, it will be honoured as described.

  • Under ACL, customers may be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

🔧 Repairs & Servicing

​

  • Quotes are estimates only; final costs may vary once the machine is inspected.

  • Refunds are not issued for diagnostic fees or labour already completed.

  • If a repair cannot be completed due to unavailable parts or other limitations, we will discuss alternative options with you.

  • If an error is made by Capital Pinball, we will correct it at no additional cost.

🎮 Play Sessions

​

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or missed sessions.

  • If Capital Pinball needs to cancel or reschedule a session, customers may choose a refund or a new session time.

  • If a machine fault interrupts a session, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

📦 Machine Hire

​

  • Deposits may be non‑refundable, depending on the booking.

  • Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within the specified cut‑off period (if applicable).

  • If Capital Pinball cancels a hire due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • Damage caused during hire may incur repair or replacement fees and is not refundable.

💳 Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.

  • We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so we can assist promptly.
